I find the location amazing with many restaurants nearby. Room quality impresses me including beds and toiletries. I appreciate the room size as spacious. The bathroom had a good size also. I feel grateful for the comfortable beds.
The rooms are not cleaned properly after the first day and I kept on asking for toilet tissue. I felt the hotel act like they are losing money. This affected my enjoyment of the stay.

The hotel staff arranged a taxi to the airport. They fixed the price for us. They also lent me an umbrella when it rained. The service was very helpful and efficient.

I appreciated the bar manager. He arranged a complimentary breakfast bag due to my early departure. my room felt spacious with adequate cleanliness. the bed was comfortable. the shower pressure i experience was amazing.
the street outside the hotel seemed noisy because of the frequent tram.

The location is good. It is close to many places and services. I found a pleasant scent in the room and corridors. The toiletries provided use a nice fragrance.
Housekeeping came in when I was still asleep. Then housekeeping did not come at all to clean the room. Front of house asked me to pay a deposit for the minibar before i used it. It felt very scam like. the room service menu changed the second I got into my room. The prices had doubled.

The Blue Mosque is approximately 10 minutes away by tram, or a 20-25 minute walk. All standard rooms feature a shower instead of a bathtub. Special amenities can be arranged for honeymoon couples.
